Slide 8 - Apartment Guide:
- Apartment Guide drives 10 leads per month. Of these 10 leads from Apartment Guide they say 40% of those will turn into signed leases.
- It cost roughly $900/mo/community to advertise in the Guide
Slide 10 - Rentals.com
- Single family homes are 85% of total rental housing market
- They say they have 62% market share of all paid listings.
- According to compete.com data, rentals.com traffic was down 7.9% for Dec.

- 3rd Q Year over Year down 1%
- Estimated 205 Million in revenue for 2007
- It is estimated that the single family home side is about $12 million per year.
